Steeple Chase

Kim and I did a fun run with Dan and Jake on Friday morning up Black Mountain and down the Smuggler's Gap and City Creek Canyon. As we were driving to the trailhead through SLC, Kim remembered she had forgotten her water. It was good she remembered then -- we were just passing a Maverick, so we stopped and she bought some water and gatoraide.

The run is pretty steep with great ascent and awesome views. The backside is a nicely built forest trail, and the whole thing is a great loop.




Yesterday I rode the Alpine Loop.
