Weekend Double

Last Sunday, we hiked to Rocky Mouth Falls. It was a short hike, and we had a great time playing in the falls.

The boys took turns showering. Tanner really set standard.

Last week's bike-run-bike was so fun, I decided to do more of that this week.

On Friday, I met the work guys at Red Butte for a run up Big Beacon before before work. A little cold and windy up top, but we had fun, and then Dan gave me a ride over to work.

Yesterday I rode to the Mt. Olympus trailhead and ran Mt. Olympus. I had never run this trail before. It is quite steep! There is a little snow up high on the trail, which was melting in a muddy and slippery mess in places, which added to the fun. My legs are really sore today, mostly from the run down, but I really liked this trip.
