Bike Run Bike

Every once in a while, I look at my old blog and wish I were keeping it up better. It has been one of my better journals.

I did something new this week - a run-bike-run trip to Elephant Rock at Mueller Park in Bountiful. I used to ride there regularly when we lived there, but haven't been back in a long time.

Anyway, I was going to meet the guys from work at Mueller at 7:00, so I started riding up State Street at 5:15, only to find out they had moved the start time earlier, so I missed their run, and saw them running down while I was running up. I didn't really mind. After running up and back down, I rode home via the Mountain View Corridor, which was quite a bit further than the route there (and getting hot and windy) which made for a nice long workout.
