Going Down

I like back-country skiing. Many of my back-country friends have all but sworn off ski resorts. A few think one should earn every turn. Some self-label themselves as "snow-snobs".

Yup, I like back-country, but I like resorts, too. Today at Alta I did just under 21,000 ft. of vertical in 3:20. 98% off-trail, 95% soft, loamy snow. No one can do that hiking.
