Oh well
Today was cyclocross racing in Fort Buenaventura in Ogden.

Not really a great day for me personally, but a super day for riding. Beautiful weather and a fun course.

The last couple days stretched long and today I paid for it and didn't have much go. Ended up following Mike K for quite a while and not really doing my share, which probably got on his nerves, but I just didn't have much. My nose was running as fast as I was, and I flipped over once in a rut -- just a silly mistake. Bob enjoyed several mechanical issues and probably wished for his MTB by the sixth chain-drop.

Finally near the end I started to feel a little better and caught a pair of guys next ahead of me. I was hoping Mike would follow me after I'd followed him for so long, but I guess it had been too long. Anyway, when the second 'A' guy lapped me, I jumped in with him not sure which class he was in. After a few minutes I figured he wasn't our group because he kept going fast, but I was OK so I stayed with him to the finish. Don't know where I finished -- but not well.
Best Revolution finish was Justin Wilson, who gets faster all the time and had a good race.

Sometimes one just has to enjoy the fall weather, which was easy today.

It's cyclocross, isn't it? At least your boys found some mud.
